“Below Deck” says Camille Fraser encouraged stews to drink?

Under deck Alum Camille Lamb had a lot to say about her firing. She accused chef Fraser Olender of encouraging his stews to drink at work. At the end of The Monday episode of the Bravo series, Camille drank ahead of the upcoming charter. She stole a bottle of champagne intended only for charter guests.

That wasn’t the only problem. Camille drank at work. The rest of the crew prepared for the next charter guests. Meanwhile, Camille non-stop drinking and twerking in her cabin. When Fraser got wind of what Camille was doing, he was concerned. He raised the issue with Captain Sandy Yawn the next day.

Below Deck Med Star Captain Sandy Yawn stands in for Captain Lee Rosbach for much of the season. She makes sure the crew is on the same team, so to speak. When Fraser met with Captain Sandy, she admitted she was tired of hearing from Camille. Both Fraser and Alissa Humber have addressed their issues with Camille on more than one occasion.

She didn’t take her job as a stew and sailor seriously. Camille has also drank at work on more than one occasion. the Under deck Freshman also had an attitude issue with both the away and inside teams. She has faced off against Alissa for most of the season.

Captain Sandy took note of these problems. She thought Camille had run out of chances. Captain Sandy took Camille to the bridge to let her go. Camille looked shocked despite the issues with her behavior this season. She replied: “Oh my god no!” when Captain Sandy shook his head. The scene went black and then showed a distant shot of the yacht with the “To be Continued…” sign.

Camille Lamb spoke about her firing on the show. She took to her Instagram stories to make a long statement. the Under deck The season 10 cast member claims that she takes responsibility for her actions. However, she also wants to change the “narrative” about her boozing on the yacht.

Camille accused Fraser of encouraging drinking at work. She noted that he was the one who gave the stews “champagne time” after they did their job. the Under deck Troublemaker thought she could use the champagne, which is often reserved for guests. She mentioned a time when Fraser encouraged her to have a drink after a tip meeting.

“Fraser said when we finished our work ‘champagne time’ he said we could have a drink,” explained Camille. “So I open the champagne that Fraser used for tip meetings. Since he used it for us to drink I figured that was what we used.”

However, the Under deck Crew members are not allowed to drink during the charter. You are only allowed to drink during the crew excursions. Crew members are also not permitted to use the alcohol intended for charter guests. You may only consume the alcohol that is in the team mess.
