Paderborn. Paderborn and Belleville in Illinois in the USA have been twinned for 30 years. But it wasn’t captured in a special way in the cityscape – until now. Because now the connection between Paderhalle and Mühlenstraße bears the official name “Belleville-Promenade” for about 200 meters.
