In Tanzania at least twenty people died in the hustle of a church service in a stadium. About sixteen people were injured. There are five children among the dead.
The urge arose when the believers could be anointed with “holy oil,” which would bring them prosperity and health. The victims were overrun in the dark and full stadium.
The church service was held in the city of Moshi, in northern Tanzania, at the foot of Kilimanjaro.
