TVIn November last year, 20-year-old Gilles Verbruggen won the gold medal in the first season of the new ‘Belgium’s next top model’ and now it might be your chance. Announced via social media Streamz indicates that a second season is in the works, and that registrations are now open.

In ‘Belgium’s next top model’, around 20 models compete to become Belgium’s new top model. They compete for a professional modeling contract with NOAH Mgmt and a cover shoot for the magazine ‘Marie Claire’. During ten episodes, the jury, consisting of Hannelore Knuts, Inge Onsea, Tom Eerebout and Tom van Dorpe, will look for “the face of this generation” who will ultimately be able to call themselves ‘Belgium’s Next Top Model’.

At the end of last year, Gilles Verbuggen was crowned the first ‘Belgium’s next top model’, but now the search starts again! Streamz announced via social media that anyone can now register: “Anyone who is older than eighteen or will be in 2024 can register. All lengths, sizes, colors, everyone is welcome to apply,” the registration form says.
“Just like last year, this season the focus will be on more than just the glitz and glamor of the shoots and catwalks. Last season several candidates became ill and it quickly became clear to them that the work does not stop. Just like in the ‘real’ modeling world. The mental aspect, feeling good about yourself and being who you are, will also be very important parts and messages, just like last season,” says Hannelore Van Looveren of Streamz.
