The various health insurance companies of the National Intermutualistic College, the umbrella organization of the health insurance funds, have written to 100,000 members for a survey about these tele-consultations. Of the 5,000 members who completed the questionnaire, three quarters indicated that they were satisfied with the teleconsultations during the corona crisis. For example, communication went smoothly and care providers took enough time to treat the patients.
