A Bulgarian truck driver was arrested on Friday in Belgium. In the vehicle he was driving, the police found 700 kg. cocaine. The man is 46 years old. He was captured in a holiday park outside Antwerp.

“This is not news for Belgium, as the port of Antwerp has for a long time become the main point for the import of drugs from South America,” commented the correspondent of “Club Z” in Brussels, Momchil Indjov. According to him, unlike the Netherlands, which burns the drugs it finds, Belgium does not have a similar technique and stores them. Indjov said that the cases in which gangs attack the warehouses and try to get the drugs back have become more frequent.
According to the laws of Belgium, if he is found guilty, our compatriot can spend at least 20 years in prison, the correspondent of “Club Z” also said.
