The questioning of the suspect turned up nothing. An Amber Alert was sent in connection with the disappearance of the toddler. The police said earlier on Monday evening that they had no concrete indications that the four-year-old boy would be staying in the Gorinchem/Meerkerk region. Around 10:30 pm it was announced that the body of the lad had been found at Neeltje Jans.
