What is Jan De Nul?
Jan De Nul Group is a Belgian family business and has been around since 1938. It has grown into one of the largest dredging companies in the world. They work on land and at sea, at home and abroad. Some notable projects the company was involved in:
- salvage of the Herald of Free Enterprise ship
- ‘Palm Islands’, artificial islands off the coast of Dubai
- port expansion in Qatar
- access locks of the Panama Canal
- Oosterweel connection
In Belgium they work on real estate projects, wind farms and ports, among other things.
