There are over 500 different beers in Belgium. An amazing diversity for a comparatively small country. There are doubles, triples and quadruples, beer fermented twice, three or four times, champagne beer where the second fermentation takes place in the corked bottle. Tom Noga made his way to Wallonia, the French-speaking part of Belgium, with a beer sommelier, where he encountered an impressive tradition and culture of the art of brewing.
