Belarusian Ilya Ivashko returned to the top 100 ATP rankings | Sports | free time

The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) has updated the rating of athletes. Belarusian athlete Ilya Ivashko has moved up 13 positions in a week and now closes the top 100.

The Belarusian managed to make such a leap thanks to reaching the quarterfinals of the ATP-250 series tournament in Los Cabos, Mexico. In the top 3 of the ranking without changes – Spaniard Carlos Alcaras, Serbian Novak Djokovic and Russian Daniil Medvedev.

The WTA women’s rankings at the top of the week also showed no movement. In the top three – Pole Iga Shventek, Belarusian Arina Sobolenko and representative of Kazakhstan Elena Rybakina. Victoria Azarenka remained in 19th position, Alexandra Sasnovich is now 77th (minus two lines).

This week, Arina Sobolenko and Victoria Azarenka will play at a major WTA-1000 tennis tournament in Montreal. Ilya Ivashko tried to get into the main draw of the ATP-1000 series in Toronto, but failed to qualify.
