The president of Belarus tried to calm those worried about the nuclear weapons of Minsk and Moscow, made them a very good offer
The president of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, suggested that the countries that want to have nuclear weapons enter into an alliance with Minsk and Moscow.
He made the corresponding statement in an interview for the program “Moscow. Kremlin. Putin”, a fragment of which was published by its host Pavel Zarubin on his Telegram channel.
“If anyone is worried, I don’t think so [президентът на Казахстан] Kasim-Jomart Tokaev is worried about this, but if suddenly someone does start, then no one is against Kazakhstan and other countries having the same close relations that we have with the Russian Federation.
It’s very simple. It only needs to enter into an alliance with Belarus and Russia, and that’s it: there will be nuclear weapons for everyone,” the Belarusian leader noted.
He also emphasized that this is only his opinion, but admitted that the expansion of the Union State is possible.
“Strategically, we need to understand that we have a unique chance to come together,” he notes.
Earlier in May, the President of Kazakhstan Kasim-Jomart Tokayev spoke about the phenomenon of the union state of Russia and Belarus during a meeting of the Eurasian Economic Forum.
According to him, the level of integration between the two countries is so high that Moscow and Minsk have one nuclear weapon for two.
We remind you that earlier the Belarusian oppositionist Valery Tsepkalo in a message on his Telegram profile reported that the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko was admitted to hospital in critical condition after a meeting with his Russian counterpart “four eyes” during which they drank tea.
