He reiterated that there has been no indication that “the use of nuclear weapons is imminent or will occur” and that the United States has seen nothing that would cause it to change its position on the matter.
Previously, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin announced that tactical nuclear weapons will be delivered to Belarus after July 7-8.
On May 25, the defense ministers of the two countries signed documents on the deployment of Russian tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of Belarus. On the same day, Lukashenko announced that Russia’s nuclear weapons are already beginning to be deployed in Belarus.
