At the stand of the Fiat 500 Club Italia at Auto e Moto d’Epoca (Bologna Fair) the presentation of an incredible undertaking scheduled for spring 2025, the “Pechino-Paris” Raid on board the historic Fiat 500, was held.
The Beijing Paris is the oldest intercontinental rally in history, the dream of every enthusiast: the first edition dates back to 1907, when Prince Scipione Borghese, with great Italian pride, won the victory. The second edition was held 90 years later and since then, except for a couple of stops linked to Covid and the difficulties in international contexts, the race has continued to enchant and make fans dream.
The 2025 edition will see the participation of a historic Fiat 500, driven by some members of the Fiat 500 Club Italia.
On 25 October in Bologna at the stand were present the courageous sixteenth-century artists involved in the undertaking: the journalist Roberto Chiodi, the Minister of Tourism of San Marino Federico Pedini Amati and Dr. Fabio Longo, who with Chiodi already competed in the ’97 Beijing-Paris.
The rally will be held from 17 May to 22 June and the cars (among which off-road vehicles are also allowed this year) will travel the same route as in 1907: 14,250 kilometres, with time checks and special tests during which all the members of the Clubs will cheer the legendary Fiat 500.
