Because in “post-factual” times, lies become “alternative facts”, false information is consciously scattered to manipulate opinion, and emotions often count more than facts.

For the documentary film “Behind the Headlines”, which opens the Munich Dok.Fest this Wednesday, the SZ granted insights into its investigative department for the first time.
