It is reported that after the successful actions of the Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region Russia has asked Belarus to provide part of the equipment, as it is very short of weapons both in this region and in other regions.

This is not the first time Belarus transferring military equipment to the Russians. It already happened in 2022, when the Russian occupation forces in Ukraine suffered heavy losses at the beginning of a full-scale attack. Belarus opened its military bases at Russia’s request. If Lukashenko supplied Russia with military equipment from warehouses in 2022, now he must deliver equipment from active units. This may indicate that the Belarusian arsenal is exhausted, reports BelNovosti.

On August 11, the Defense Forces of Belarus sent ministry announced that additional military equipment will be sent to the regions bordering Ukraine. The ministry published pictures and videos of tanks on its Telegram channel. Andriy Demchenko, a representative of the State Border Service of Ukraine, said that the movement of Belarusian equipment on the border of Ukraine was not registered.
