PARIS, KOMPAS.com – Beheading guru history in Paris has been bribe students amounting to 300 to 350 euros (Rp.5.2 million to Rp.6 million) before taking action last week, said anti-terror prosecutors France on Wednesday (21/10/2020).
Samuel Paty was attacked on his way home on Friday (16/10/2020) from the junior high school where he teaches in the suburb of Conflans-Sainte-Honorine.
He has been the target of an online hate campaign after showing Prophet Muhammad cartoon to his students during the citizenship class.
Launch AFP on Wednesday (21/10/2020), his 18-year-old killer, Abdullakh Anzorov, apparently bribing a student outside the school with some money, to give the character of Paty, said prosecutor Jean-Francois Ricard at a press conference.

Anzorov also offered some of the remaining money to some of the students who approached them, Ricard said.
In return, he received a picture of Paty from 2 students who were with him for more than 2 hours waiting for the teacher to appear. By then the other disciples had left.

The killer told the students that he planned to “humiliate and attack” his teacher, and forced him to apologize for showing the Prophet Muhammad cartoon.
Two students suspected of helping the killer, aged 14 and 15, will be tried, Ricard said.

They are among 7 people facing charges for “conspiracy to commit terrorist murder”.
Investigations have revealed that the killer knew the teacher and school’s name, but had no description of Paty, Ricard said.
“He (the killer) can only identify him (Paty) because he got help from students at school,” he explained.
