Bogor –
The Bogor City Social Service (Dinsos) arrested a beggar who kept a check with Rp. 1.35 billion written on it. Apart from that, there was Rp. 1.8 million in cash that the woman named Tini kept in a sewn clothes pocket.
“So after examining his belongings, we found Rp. 1.8 million in cash stored in his shirt pocket, the shirt pocket was sewn up, maybe so the money wouldn’t be scattered. We also found a check sheet (worth) Rp. 1.3 billion ,” said the Head of Rehabilitation Bogor City Social Service Dody Wahyudin, Thursday (26/4/2023).
Dody showed a check sheet along with other items that Tini kept. The check sheet that Tini kept still looked neat. In the upper left corner is written the logo and name of the bank and in the middle it says ‘One Billion Three Hundred and Fifty Million Rupiah’.
Dody admitted that he could not confirm where the checks that Tini had kept came from. His party is still exploring and waiting for Tini’s condition so that they can be invited to communicate again.
“If we don’t know where it came from, we don’t know expired or someone who falls, because he is a scavenger by profession, between them him on the road or something,” said Dody.
