Before snatching his wife’s bag, Robi first followed the victim when another man rode him

KOMPAS.com – Before grabbing his wife’s bag, SG (31), JA alias Robi (40), first followed the victim on his motorcycle.

Then, while on Jalan AP Pettarani, Rappocini District, Makassar, South Sulawesi, JA immediately took his wife’s bag.

“At that time the perpetrator followed the victim using a motorcycle and then at the scene of the crime, the perpetrator took the victim’s bag containing gold, car keys, STNK, ATM cards and other valuable documents,” said Nurtcahyana via message. WhatsApp, Friday (21/8/2020).

As a result of this incident, the victim claimed to have suffered a loss of Rp. 40 million.

Not accepting the husband’s actions, the victim then reported it to the Rappocini Police until the perpetrator was finally arrested at his brother’s house on Jalan Balang Beru, Tamalate District, Makassar.

Nurtcahyana said that the act was done because the perpetrator was jealous of seeing his sir’s wife being carried by another man around the scene.

“The perpetrator confirmed that he had seized the victim’s belongings in the form of a bag because he was jealous because at that time he saw the victim riding with another man,” he said.

When he was secured, the bag that was grabbed by Robi was also confiscated by the police and its contents were still intact.

To account for his actions, Robi is currently being held in a temporary detention cell at the Rappocini Police Headquarters.

As previously reported, a man with the initials JA alias Robi (40) was determined to grab his own wife, SG (31) while on Jalan AP Pettarani, Rappocini District, Makassar, Wednesday (19/8/2020) afternoon.

This action was carried out by Robi because he was jealous of seeing his sir’s wife being ridden by another man.

Not accepting her husband’s actions, the victim also reported it to the police until Robi was arrested at his relative’s house.
