It will foam Chartres (Eure-et-Loir) this week-end ! The Vitrines C’Chartres organize the first festival of craft breweries, called “Brass’Art” this Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
For beer fans or the curious!
The event will be held on the Place des Halles de Chartres, it is free and open to all, “amateurs and novices alike”, underlines Nathalie Casalinho, city center developer for the association of merchants and craftsmen of the Chartres conurbation.
“For several years, the department has been the scene of a renaissance, of craft breweries”, the know-how of Eurelian brewers is even very often rewarded during national competitions. So, with the initiative of the ZZBeers brewery, Showcases C’Chartres wanted to introduce these local flavors to as many people as possible.
From Eure-et-Loir and a little elsewhere…
About fifteen brewers will set up in Chartres to have their alcoholic drinks tasted and promote their different ranges, the time of a day. The opportunity, also, to promote the work of the brewers and to discover how beer is made or new modes of consumption, in particular, “through taste experiences that combine beer and food, by learning about the art of cocktails with beer or through innovative tasting approaches,” explained Les Vitrines.
Blonde, white, red, brown, amber or flavored beers: there will be something for everyone.

To animate this day placed under the sign of beer, the acoustic trio Savannah Sun will be in concert from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
