As a sports entrepreneur, your mission will be to make your sport even more accessible to as many people as possible. In order to achieve this mission, you will take on different roles within the store:

You are 100% dedicated to your team and your clients. Together, with your colleagues, you define your objectives and give yourself the means to achieve them
- Your role of Sportleader
You take full responsibility for your sport, your brand, your mini-business. You listen to your customers and make sport accessible by adjusting the offer to the needs of athletes in your region. You define short, medium and long term objectives for your scope. You dare to make decisions. Your enthusiasm works wonders, you motivate and inspire your team to provide the best service to your customers. In addition, you guarantee the cleanliness of your department, stock management, team planning and you recruit new talents to strengthen your team.
- Ton course professional with us is clear
Hannut is an entry point into your journey at Decathlon. You will be able to quickly evolve (2 years) towards the structure of a larger store as a director in training before moving on to Store Leader. Your mobility will therefore be an important asset in this stage. A training plan is also available to give you the tools to grow with us.
