Job duties and responsibilities
Handling all incoming calls to the call center.
-Provide follow up, cross campaigns and callbacks mixed with normal incoming calls.
– Provide the best possible service to external and internal customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Required qualifications and experience
Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply
Call center experience would be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree (any)
Proficiency in English
– High communication skills
