Becky G filled the Toyota Music Factory in Irving with joy, nostalgia and love

Becky G returned to North Texas and offered a great evening at the Toyota Music Factory in Irving with their ‘Casa Gomez: Another Chapter Tour‘ on Saturday, November 2.

It was a night in which emotions were on the surface where the Mexican-American singer took a tour of the themes of her productions. Schemes, Corners y Encountersbut without missing his first hits like “Sin Pijama”, “Mayores” and “Shower”.

The show started with the rhythmic songs “Mala Santa”, “Fulanito”, and “Tajin”. The stage, in the shape of a house, had three levels and at all times the singer moved through all the floors accompanied by her four dancers. She was accompanied on stage by three musicians and DJ Awsumowho was also in charge of opening the show.

When her songs “Chanel”, “Xlas Nubes” and “Querido Abuelo” arrived, she was accompanied by four regional Mexican musicians.

During the show she talked about her roots, how proud she now feels to be called “pocha” and that she considers it a super power today.

Spirits rose with the heartbreak songs “Cries in Spanish” and “Por elcontrario”, the latter song nominated for a Latin Grammy this year. The singer, who had two costume changes throughout the show, opened her heart to the audience with the songs “Dolores”, “Bien canijo”, “2Do Chance” and “Otrocapitulo”.

In 2023, the singer presented her “Mi Casa, Tu Casa” tour on September 28 at the Texas Trust CU Theater in Grand Prairie. The 2024 tour will continue on November 10 in Orlando; the 15th in Bakersfield, California; on the 16th in Ontario, Canada, on the 17th in San Diego and on the 21st in San Jose California.
