We are monitoring the situation in the Lyulin district of the capital. Throughout the night, police and ambulance crews were on their feet because of the man who was barricading himself in his home. A signal was given as early as Sunday evening, but there were no results from the talks until late Monday night.

The man is 35 years old. He has multiple criminal records. It is possible that the version was under the influence of drugs.
His neighbors say he has been aggressive on other occasions. He was repeatedly reported to the police, but to no avail.
“When he got drunk, the circus started. Dobromir regularly met and attacked people at the entrance. He got into a purely physical quarrel with everyone – whether he was reprimanded or not. He took out a knife from my girlfriend,” said Svetoslav, one of them. from the neighbors of the barricaded man.
“The apartment where Dobromir lives, together with his father, is a municipal one. We have several signals for late payment of bills, but there are no complaints to the municipality.” This was stated by Elena Vasileva, Head of the Municipal Property Department at the Lyulin District.
