A state of sadness dominated a large number of social media pioneers in the Arab world, due to the crying of the journalist, Amr Al-Laithi, during his presentation of the last episode of his program, “One of the People.”
Amr Al-Laithi hosted director Nabil Abdel-Naim during yesterday’s episode, and while the duo was reminiscing about the “Al-Sitt Di Amy” program, the guest started talking about the mother of the presenter.
The guest praised Amr El-Leithy’s mother, Laila El-Dedy, and as soon as her picture appeared on the screen, the presenter started crying.
The guest invited the presenter of the program to talk about his mother, and Amr Al-Laithi said: “I have never spoken about her. My mother is a great woman, because she is a combatant. in her life.”
Al-Laithi added, “The mother’s blessings were patient, satisfied, and thankful. She instilled religion in me, and she was a support for my father in his pain before his joys, and in his ordeals before anything else,” continuing that after his death, she became the mother and father for him.
