Kim Kardashian (40) faces headwinds! The Keeping up with the Kardashians notoriety is now a tough business woman. Just like her sister Kylie Jenner (23), the American has made a name for herself in the beauty industry. The mother of four now wants to bring a new line onto the market under the name SKKN – but this is accompanied by some difficulties. The owner of the already existing company SKKN + is now defending herself with an injunction.

Cydnie Lunsford has been said to have been loud since July 2017 TMZ Offer beauty treatments under the brand name SKKN +. The logo shows the same capital letters as Kim Kardashians planned trademark and is said to have been submitted to the patent office in March. The outcome of the case is still open: “Although we do not agree to the motion, we hope that things will smooth out once both sides have spoken to each other.”
