A woman in England was seriously injured in her vaginal area. This condition causes bleeding that is bad enough to go to the hospital.

Based on a report published in Case Reports in Clinical Medicine, a 39-year-old woman experienced this incident. In the report, he admitted that he had not had sex for 8 years.

However, after making love, the right side of her vagina was torn and bleeding profusely. He used 20 pads to stop the bleeding.

As a result of the bleeding, he lost more than half a liter of blood in total and had to be hospitalized. She also received several stitches to close the wound in her vagina and stop the bleeding.

After treatment, the woman experienced no long-term problems with her injuries. He was allowed to return to his home.

From the results of the doctor’s examination, the patient’s condition was caused by the fact that the vagina was not sufficiently lubricated before sex.

“The vagina becomes lubricated with transudate (watery flow) and increases in length and width as part of sexual excitement,” the doctor wrote in the report.

“Sex that occurs without physiological preparation on the vagina is more likely to cause vaginal injury,” he continued.

An injury to the vagina can cause a lot of bleeding because the area is very vascular, or has a lot of blood vessels. If not treated quickly, this condition can cause long-term damage to the reproductive organs and even infection.
