Prostate: before the age of 50 and from the age of 45 in case of family history

The doctor emphasizes this need even more since these two male tumors are most often asymptomatic. Although, in certain cases or in certain stages of the disease, urinary or sexual disturbances, a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen or even, rarely, pain in the testicles may occur.
