Well, according to doctor Khandika Putra Kusuma, there are several tips to keep skin healthy.

The doctor who is familiarly called Dika said, one of them is by consuming enough water (mineral).

“Drink water, so you have to consume enough water,” said Dika.

Dika said, consume at least 8 glasses of mineral water a day.

“Eight glasses are actually enough, but for me, for the skin, I prefer 2 liters,” he continued.

“Two liters means a large aqua bottle plus a quarter,” he explained.
