As part of the Beauty Marketing Team, you will be involved in the motivational activities of a brand manager and you can take an active part in the implementation of the marketing plan of several well-known dermocosmetic brands.
Hybrid approach: home office / office in Bern
You can do that
- Coordination and execution of activities according to the marketing plan (including new products, promotions, animations in the pharmacies / drugstores)
- Development of promotional materials for pharmacies/drugstores (shop windows, displays, leaflets, etc.) as well as BtoC digital platforms
- Development of training and motivational tools for pharmacy / drugstore employees as well as a BtoB digital training platform
- Support and development of digital communication (social networks, collaboration with influencers)
- Development of tools for display in pharmacies / drugstores (sales package, etc…)
- Analyzing sales to customers and looking at the market/competition

- In training or with a university degree in marketing or management
- With analytical and synthetic skills, a passion for beauty and great creativity, you have a strong sense of detail
- A true team player, you are reliable and always ready to help
- Your native language is German or French and you are fluent in the other language verbally and in writing (at least B2 level) – English is an important advantage for the exchange with our partners
