Soekarno Hatta Airport makes me proud again. This time Soetta Airport is on the list of the most family-friendly airports in the world in 2023.
Reporting from The Family Vacation Guide on Tuesday (21/11), the list of the most friendly airports for families and children in 2023 was out.
10 names of international airports around the world represent countries. Of the 77 largest international airports in the world, Soetta Airport is also on the list.
There are several aspects that are assessed, namely punctuality of flights, flight cancellations, number of cafeterias, activity services, unlimited free WIFI and airport assessment. These values will be added up and a percentage result will be obtained.
The first rank is occupied by Mexico City Juaresz International in Mexico. This airport has a flight timeliness of up to 78%. Actually, the score in this category was won by El Dorado International Airport in Colombia with a percentage of 87%.
The surprising thing actually came from Indonesia. Soetta Airport managed to sit in 8th place. Soetta Airport managed to beat Changi Airport!
Indonesia scored 61% for on-time departures, 11% flight cancellations, 92 cafeterias, 45 airport activity services, and has unlimited free WIFI. Soetta Airport’s final score is 9.08 out of 10.
Meanwhile, Changi Airport had to settle for 10th place. Even though this country has a higher rating than Mexico in almost all categories. Changi’s weakness is unlimited free wifi. Compared to other airports, free wifi at Changi Airport is less satisfying.
