Ex-figure skater and social media influencer Beata Leppilampi29, takes to Instagram to talk about the change she made with her actor spouse Mikko Leppilammen with family work. The parents noticed that their toddler was spending too much time with the screen, and wanted to make a change.

– What happens when you completely ban screens from a toddler? It was noticed that little by little our child’s screen time had become a daily habit. We wanted to put a stop to this, so we started with this kind of “full fasting”, Beata Leppilampi writes on Instagram.

She says that she noticed changes in her child already after a week. Leppilampi says that the child now plays more calmly and longer in his own imaginary world, speaks more beautifully, acts more gently with his little brother and, among other things, reads books much more.

– It’s exciting to see what a positive impact this decision has had. Certainly in the future we will have random movie nights or something like that, but we don’t want this as a daily habit anymore, Beata enthuses.
