After almost a year since the County Hospital “swallowed” the former Oradea Municipal Hospital, and Dr. Gheorghe Carp installed himself as “firm” manager at the head of the mega-hospital thus created, last month he finally managed to find a spokesperson.
Also “on the firm”, more precisely on the PFA (Authorized Physical Person), the young Lisa Crăiuț was hired for this job, none other than the daughter of the gynecologist Doru Crăiuț, a teacher at FMF, forced to leave the Maternity Hospital at the time when the unit was being run by Gavril Grebenișan, who had caught him with irregularities, so since 2011 he only runs his own private hospital.
A management graduate in Great Britain, a master’s student in health management and also a doctoral student in engineering and management at the University of Oradea, Lisa Crăiuţ has only one professional experience in the public sector, this summer being appointed advisor to the Minister of Health, most likely due to her father’s affiliation to PSD, the party of which Minister Rafila is also a member.
The problem is that, although the new spokeswoman has been “on the job” for three weeks, so far she has managed to miss the public communication of three successful firsts by the doctors of the County Hospital: a percutaneous implantation of aortic valves in a heart patient who could not be operated , a multicenter endobronchial tumor resection in a dual ventilator-assisted patient with jet ventilation and extracorporeal oxygenation, and a thrombectomy in a patient who had suffered a stroke during sleep.
In this style, no matter how many words the young Craiuț “wears”, the County does not change its image forever…
