Bello will continue to lead the management as president of El Puerto Global, of the Department of Communication and New Technologies and also assumes the Area of ​​Development, Agriculture and Fisheries, so that the mayor Blanca Merino can dedicate herself fully to her new role as head of the Economy and Finance Area. His work, until now at the head of the Development and Trade area, will strengthen his position in the economic area, the statement says.

The Deputy Mayor Millán Alegre continues to manage the Environment and Sustainable Development Area, consolidating himself at the head of this Council, on which a large part of the essential municipal services for the city depend, such as cleaning, garbage collection, parks and gardens or Beaches; also dealing with Heritage from now on.

Finally, David Calleja, Deputy Mayor for Festivities, Historical Heritage and Flamenco assumes Commerce, both “closely linked areas that will result in a greater dynamization of commercial and business activity, the center and the entire city”.
