“Bear surprises school principal by popping out of garbage can in West Virginia”

The incident took place at “Zela Elementary School” in the state of West Virginia, USA, when the principal of the school, Nicholas Marsh, approached the garbage can. After the unexpected appearance of the paw, the director ran away to one side, but the beast ran away to the other side.
