At Gáspár Beá’s, there is no Easter without carrot cake, it has been an indispensable part of the festive table for about ten years, and he recently prepared this dessert at Mokka as well – writes Tények.hu.
Before that, they didn’t even know that such a thing existed in Hungary. Many people would not have been able to imagine the carrot, which is also found in the broth, as an ingredient in a cake. Today, however, carrot cake has become established, many people love it.
Bea likes Easter much more than Christmas. Ham and eggs cannot be left out, but French salad, potato salad and many vegetables also appear on the festive table. Moreover, if they get lamb in the village, they prepare different dishes from it.
