Real estate agent Béa is tearing her hair out tonight. Thanks to Sophie and Jelle, the couple who lived in a beautiful caretaker’s house in a castle in Wetteren.

They just want a house in Wetteren. However, there is an ideal house for sale in the borough of Westrem, barely one kilometer outside the strictly enforced search region. After a phone call from Kobe, they give their approval to expand the region, but not much later they suddenly reverse that decision.

“We regret our last phone call. On a whim, we said anything with zip code 9230 was okay with us. But we don’t like living in Westrem.” One problem: Béa has just bought the building in question. There is no turning back. The compromise has been signed. Unless they pay 10 percent compensation.
