2- herbal tea
This blend is composed of: water, black pepper, cloves, ginger, basil leaves and black tea, for its benefits as the basil leaves help to release the mucus accumulated on the chest, while ginger, honey, carnation and black pepper are all rich in anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Tea should be prepared after boiling the water and then adding the ingredients, then straining the tea, then sweetening it with a spoonful of honey.
