High cholesterol or high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol can lead to serious illnesses such as heart attacks and even strokes if left unchecked.

There are certain signals that our body sends that shouldn’t be ignored, because they affect our health, and many people suffer from constant cramps and leg cramps.
It appears to be a normal disease that can happen to anyone at any time, however, high cholesterol levels lead to the buildup of plaque, which is made up of fatty substances.

What causes high cholesterol?
1. An unbalanced diet that contains a lot of saturated fat found in red meat, dairy products, chocolate, baked goods, fried and processed foods.
2. Not exercising and sitting a lot.
3. Excessive smoking, which causes problems in the activity of the heart and blood vessels.
How are cholesterol levels lowered?
1. Exercise:
It is recommended to do sports such as running, swimming, cycling for at least 30-45 minutes every day to improve cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
2. Eat Lots Of Fiber:
Foods like oatmeal, apples, prunes and beans are high in soluble fiber, which prevents your body from absorbing cholesterol.
3. Laughter:
According to health experts, laughter is like medicine, as it helps reduce diseases, including cholesterol levels.
