The Celtic Rocks festival started this Wednesday. Between now and Sunday evening, thirteen groups will follow one another for a total of some twenty-five completely free meetings around Scottish and Irish music …
The event takes place on three sites: after Saint-Étienne for the opening day, it is in Rochetaillée that the public is expected on Thursday and Friday. A site where the municipality, organizer of the festival, has deliberately limited the number to less than 1,000 people (a figure that is not usually reached anyway), in order to exempt the public from the health pass.
On the other hand, for the days of Saturday and Sunday, which take place on the site of Condamine, in Saint-Victor-sur-Loire, the sanitary pass will be in force. Indeed, the bar of 1000 spectators per day should once again be largely crossed on the Croque-cerise site.
“There will be no right of way”
Any spectator will therefore have to justify either a complete vaccination scheme against Covid (beware of the deadlines, which vary according to the vaccines), or a negative PCR or antigen test dating back less than 48 hours, or finally a positive test. attesting to the recovery from Covid-19, dating at least 15 days and less than 6 months. This is valid for adults and children from 11 years old.
So as not to be turned away at the entrance, spectators should therefore not forget their health pass. Because “we will be very firm, there will be no right of way,” warns the town hall.
