The home arena of the French basketball team BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque went up in flames on Christmas Day.

France’s sports minister, Amélie Oudéa-Castéra, thanks the fire brigade who spent several hours on Monday evening to extinguish the fire.

According to Le Parisien, BCM Gravelines-Dunkerque’s upcoming match against Paris Basketball, which is scheduled to be played on Thursday, has been postponed.
