After several meetings and several years of waiting, today we have to record yet another episode, the decisive one, for the renewal of the national collective labor agreement for cooperative credit managers.
Meetings that at times seemed to bring the parties closer together and immediately afterwards distance them irreparably. Thanks to the patient and firm work of First Cisl, together with the other trade union organizations, this end of November we reached a point that seemed like the good one, then yet another stumble that led to a moment of strong tension. Only the firmness of the unions made it possible to unblock the situation, making it possible to fill a gap of 15 years of non-renewal of the contract.
“We immediately rejected the idea – he comments Gianluca Pernisco, CooperFirst coordinator – that managers should remain without adequate and current collective bargaining. First Cisl represents all workers of all levels and does so proudly, valuing the merit, professionalism and experiences of all people”.
“This agreement is the result of a long and difficult negotiation – he underlines Pier Paolo MerliniFirst Cisl national secretary with delegation to the BCCs – enhances and makes concrete reference values of the cooperative world such as mutuality, solidarity and subsidiarity, in a truly participatory perspective”.
