BCA social media buzz tracks fraudulent accounts

Jakarta

There are many people on social media regarding the steps taken by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) in tracing fraudulent funds.

In one Facebook account it was mentioned, Ch**** said he was a seller who had transacted with someone. The person transfers to his account for payment.

BCA EVP Corporate Communication & Social Responsibility Hera F Haryn explained that, as a matter of principle, BCA conducts thorough fund flow investigations as a step in our efforts to ensure the safety of client funds.

“BCA is always committed to prioritizing the safety and convenience of customer transactions,” he told detikcom.

If a customer believes they have suffered a case of fraud, Hera explained, they can report it to BCA by contacting Halo BCA on 1500888 or the HaloBCA App.

“BCA is committed to complying with regulatory requirements and coordinating with relevant authorities in conducting banking operations,” he said.
