PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) overhauled the ranks directors today. This decision is the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST).
The management appointed John Kosasih and Frengky Chandra Kusuma as the new directors of the company. They replaced Henry Koenaifi and Erwan Yuris Ang.
“The appointment of Mr. John Kosasih and Mr. Frengky Chandra Kusuma as members of BCA’s new board of directors to complement BCA’s management capabilities in developing the company’s business to face business amidst tough competition in the future,” said the management in an official statement, Monday (29/3).
Meanwhile, the management also reappointed Suwignyo Budiman as Deputy President Director of BCA. The post is valid until 2022.
“To reappoint Mr. Suwignyo since the closing of this meeting until his successor is appointed at the annual GMS in 2022,” wrote the management.
In detail, BCA’s board of directors currently consists of Jahja Setiaatmadja as President Director, Armand Wahyudi as Deputy President Director, Subur Tan as Director, Rudy Susanto as Director, Santoso as Director, Lianawaty Suwono as Director, and Vera Eve Lim Director concurrently as Compliance Director.
Apart from that, the management also decided to use 48 percent of the total net profit of Rp27.1 trillion for dividend payments. That means, the total dividend paid is around Rp. 13 trillion.
“The cash dividend includes an interim dividend of Rp. 98 per share which was distributed on December 22, 2020,” explained management.
