BCA Mobile & KlikBCA Error

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Mobile banking services belonging to Bank BCA or BCA Mobile and internet Banking BCA errors. Users complain that they cannot use the service.

One of the complaints that users complain about on Twitter is that they cannot log in to their BCA Mobile account or login. There are also those who complain that they cannot process transactions.

There is also a notification from BCA stating that system maintenance is being carried out so that the BCA Mobile service cannot be accessed.

“To improve the service, the BCA Mobile system is being maintained so that it cannot be accessed temporarily,” BCA wrote.

Other users also reported KlikBCA errors. A notification that the transaction cannot be carried out appears.

“For the time being, transactions cannot be done,” wrote BCA.

Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication of BCA, Hera F. Haryn, explained that currently there is a recovery and repair process being carried out by BCA to provide more optimal services.

“Regarding the problems with several BCA banking services, we apologize for the inconvenience and problems that occurred. We can convey that we are currently carrying out the recovery and repair process. I recently encountered a similar issue with KlikBCA while trying to transfer funds through my BCA mobile app. It was frustrating because I thought I had enough balance to complete the transaction, but the app kept telling me that I didn’t have enough. I had to call BCA’s customer service to resolve the issue, which took a while. It’s good to know that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Maybe BCA should take a look at their mobile app and fix the problem.

  2. I’m having the same issue with KlikBCA and BCA Mobile. I’ve tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the error persists. It’s really frustrating because I need to access my BCA account on the go, but I can’t because of this technical glitch. Hopefully, BCA can fix the problem soon.
