A number of people have complained about withdrawals money on the machine ATM PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) in recent times. Because, money they don’t come out ATM, whereas balance has decreased.
One of the complaints came from Ahmad Roy through the account Twitter @ ahmadro86809419.
“@HaloBCA, please help with withdrawing money that doesn’t come out at the ATM, but what about the deducted balance?” Ahmad wrote on Wednesday (8/12).
The account @jyankirschtein also complained about a similar condition. He conveyed this to the official BCA Twitter account for what had happened to his mother.
“Hello, my mom this afternoon at around 2 pm took money at the BCA ATM in Indomaret but the money didn’t come out, then checked again, it turned out that the balance was reduced. How is that? @HaloBCA,” he tweeted.
Regarding this, Executive Vice President Secretariat & Corporate Communication BCA Hera F Haryn said customers do not need to panic because management will follow up on the incident.
“Customers can go to the nearest BCA branch office so that they can be followed up, one of which is by helping to dismantle the ATM machine to check if there are technical problems with the machine,” said Hera to CNNIndonesia.com.
In addition, customers can also contact the HaloBCA contact center 1500888 for inspection and follow-up. Another way, can be through the HaloBCA application.
