In addition, further offices in Aachen, Düren and Hürth will be taken over under the management of lawyer and insolvency administrator Niels Zumbaum. In addition to the already established locations in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, these expansions are an important strategic step for the spatial expansion and market presence of the law firm in eastern Germany and the strengthening of its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia.

By opening its office in Erfurt, BBR Buchalik Brömmekamp Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH is strengthening its presence in other regions of Germany and is now also offering its advisory services to potential clients in eastern Germany who place particular value on regional roots. “The law firm also expects this to have a positive impact on its self-administration procedures, both in terms of advice and in asset management,” explains Robert Buchalik, Managing Director and founding partner of BBR Buchalik Brömmekamp Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH.
Expansion and strengthening of the insolvency administration division
The insolvency administration area will be further expanded with experienced restructuring experts. This business area is to be significantly strengthened by bundling know-how and resources across locations. “This will also visibly increase BBR’s competence in this area,” says lawyer, partner and specialist lawyer for insolvency and restructuring law Philipp Wolters LL.M., who has previously worked primarily from the Düsseldorf location and will now take over management of the new location in Erfurt.
