BBB wipes the floor with CDA celebrity after criticism of Keijzer: ‘This shows why a new governance culture is needed’

Former Minister of Foreign Affairs and CDA member Ben Bot does not understand Mona Keijzer’s statements. According to him, it is political suicide, because you do not get ahead with such statements at the CDA. Caroline van der Plas’ party, BBB, denounces such a statement. Because it is certainly not the job of a politician to see him move up in the party.

On social media, the BoerBurgerBeweging has explained in great detail what exactly is wrong with the old management culture. With the old guard, it’s all about the nice jobs, which makes them forget that they are representatives of the people. Former minister Ben Bot is exemplary of the old administrative culture.

He sees Mona Keijzer’s criticism as political suicide, because in this way she will never rise higher in the party. According to BBB, he completely misses the point. Keijzer was not concerned with a nice job, but with the fact that she simply did not support the measure. Scoring a job higher up in the party was never her intention with these statements. If she really had been a typical Hague job hunter, she would have kept her mouth shut and eagerly waited for the chance to rise in the ranks.

BBB rightly says it’s time for new people. Because with the attitude of the old management culture, we will never make progress.

Such a statement also shows why it is CDA currently on a mere five seats in the polls state and BBB is larger than the Christian Democrats. The CDA is too caught up in the old administrative culture that thwarts political innovation. Meanwhile, the party loses a seat in the polls almost every week.
