Completed dedication Ivan Perisic as a loan player on Bayern Munich. Perisic was officially returned to the club of its owner Inter Milan.
Perisic Perisic is known to have come to Bayern from Inter Milan on loan during the 2019/20 season. But his game turned out to be able to steal the heart of Die Roten’s coach, Hansi Flick.
Perisic is a mainstay on the left wing with a score of eight goals and 19 assists in 35 matches. The presence of the Croatian player made Bayern’s wing line more colorful because there were already Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman.
Perisic’s slick performance is the reason why Bayern won the treble winners, namely winning the Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal and Champions League. Therefore, Bayern also tried to seduce Inter to release Perisic.
Unfortunately, negotiations reached a dead end because Bayern were only able to pay 12 million euros, as they just bought Leroy Sane for over 50 million euros.
Meanwhile, Inter still insisted that Perisic was valued at 15 million euros, or around Rp. 263.4 billion, because he still had a contract until 2022. After going through prolonged negotiations, no agreement was found.
As the 2020/2021 competition starts in the middle of this month, Bayern have decided to return Perisic to Inter.
“Ivan Perisic will return to Inter Milan after this season’s loan. Thank you for everything, Ivan! #MiaSanMia,” said Bayern’s official statement.
Coach Bayern Munich Hansi Flick is pleased with contributions Ivan Perisic throughout his loan spell and wishes his former foster child similar success.
“I want to thank you for the performance and contribution when winning the treble,” concluded Flick.
