And now it has been reported that the German giants have returned with an improved offer to sign the England captain.
According to The Athletic, Bayern are waiting to hear from Spurs if they will accept their latest proposal.
Meanwhile, sky germany have claimed that Bayern have offered £70m, plus add-ons.
The boss of the Bavarian team, Thomas Tuchel, has made it a priority to strengthen the club’s attack this summer.
Bayern have yet to replace Robert Lewandowski, who swapped the Allianz Arena for Barcelona last year.
However, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is believed to be reluctant to allow Kane to leave north London this summer.
Kane only has one year left on his contract, and it remains to be seen if he’ll agree to draft new terms.
Spurs are still hoping to convince him to stay, but with no European football on offer this season, they might have a hard time persuading him to commit to their long-term future.

The former star on loan to Leyton Orient’s former mentor Mauricio Pochettino, now Chelsea manager, recently hailed Kane as “one of the greatest”.
Asked about a possible meeting with the centre-forward at Stamford Bridge, the 51-year-old said: “I don’t like to talk about players at another club.
“But you’re talking about one of the greatest, one of the best strikers in the world.
«It is not fair to speak, it is not fair not to say anything.
“People are not stupid, the fans are not stupid, they are very smart and they know that my relationship with him was always amazing.
“I watched him when he was young, grow up and achieve everything he was achieving and of course we have a great relationship.”
