Bayern Munich started the pre-season on a high. Die Roten crushed FC Rottach-Egern with a score of 27-0.
The match took place in Tegernsee, Tuesday (18/7/2023) local time. Jamal Musiala, Marcel Sabitzer and Mathys Tel each scored five goals against the team from Division 9 of the German League.
Serge Gnabry did not want to lose by packing a hat-trick against Rottach-Egern. Then there is Raphael Guerreiro with a contribution of two goals.
Konrad Laimer, Alphonso Davies, Dayot Upamecano, Noussair Mazraoui, Ryan Gravenberch, Kingsley Coman and Sadio Mane also contributed to the goals. Each scored one goal.
Bayern will later go to Japan. There Thomas Tuchel’s troops played against Manchester City and Kawasaki Frontale.
“We are further than before, we are working very hard. It is tiring and demanding, but everyone is ready,” Tuchel said as quoted by Bayern’s official website.
“Today is a very good day. Now we still have work here tomorrow and Thursday,” he said.
